Amazing FREE Clipart!!

Many of you who read my blog know how much I LOVE clipart!  Microsoft Office can sometimes give me what I need, but I just love clipart!

There are times that I scrounge the Internet looking for the perfect clipart for my projects, making sure that I can use them in my TPT products.  Many times I am able to purchase a great set to do exactly what I need, but there are times that I would have to spend $20 on 5 different sets.  And then I would have to credit each of those people.  Wow!

To solve that problem, I have found two great websites that allow me to use clipart for free.  One requires credit, and the other does not.

Most of you know about mycutegraphics.com.  I love this site because it is so teacher friendly.  She understands teachers, and keeps it free for that reason.She has clip art for so many things, as well as some great digital papers!  She does require credit, but it is so worth it!  Here is one of the items I have created with her clipart.

Butterfly Sight Words Game

I have been working on my Penguins Reader for my second graders, which has been a lot more work than I imagined, but I love it so far!  While looking for clipart, I found so many  good sets, but to get what I wanted, I would have to purchase 5 sets!  I can't afford that, so I turned to my other favorite free clipart website:  www.wpclipart.com.  All clipart here is FREEE!!!!  And it requires NO CREDIT!  {I always credit anyway, so you can find it too.}  The best part of this website is that you can edit it on the site for free and download that edited file to your computer.  Since I am making a book to copy, I was able to make everything grayscale right there on the site and then download it.  There were so many different types of penguins, fun and real, that I had fun just looking at them!  Here is a sample of what I have been working on.
